Dropped me when they merged with no notice. Refuse to fix incorrectly coded blood labs and keep lying to me about sending changes or communicating with my insurance. I now Have no dr. and labs didnt even include the one test I needed most. Have to apply for a hardship in Hope's to only pay my copay.
Went in because I had been dealing with congestion and cold like symptoms for a number of days. I have asthma and the wheezing and need for my inhaler meant I needed a doctor ASAP. The nurse suspected I would need a nebulizer treatment because she could hear the wheezing. The doctor never even listened to my chest.
