I hired East Penn Hardwood Flooring to do the hardwood floors in a house that my wife & I bought. They needed to be sanded, stainted, and poly. It was two bedrooms, hallway, kitchen, and dining room. I bought a house and the original hardwoods were in pretty rough shape, so I contacted a couple local companies to discuss refinishing options.
