I SUGGEST TO AVOID EAST PAVILION SCA HEALTH SURGERY CENTER, AND USE INSTEAD A MORE REPUTABLE FACILITY LIKE PROVIDENCE HOSPITAL. THIS CENTER IS LOCATED INSIDE PROVIDENCE HOSPITAL, BUT NOT AFFILIATED WITH PROVIDENCE. This center is not on the Epic system, which all of my medical records for 16 years are, at Providence Health and Legacy Health.
