I would give this place a 0.0 rating if possible, we have tried them two weeks in a row now and each time we have been let down. The first attempt was last week and after seven hours of phone chasing we finally got a tech up here around 8 o’clock at night may I add we had been in contact since 10 o’clock that morning, also I shall add the fact that the time kept changing from 11 in the morning until one in the afternoon and then did not show up until 8 o’clock at night with failure to call. Mr. Hornsby did an outstanding job. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He explained everything he did while fixing our air conditioner. Great job!
