RecommendedToday was my first time here and let me tell you I’m so happy I nowhere else could fit us in. The staff has been nothing short of amazing. Working over an hour late to make sure my dog gets the care that she has needed today. They’ve communicated with me every step of the way and have been so calm and friendly.

We’ve been taking our dog Lexi here for the past two years that we’ve had her and have always had a great experience. I’m very happy Lexi my dog got to meet Dr Anderson who was soooo helpful, nice and patient with the questions my fiancé and I had about Lexi and the medical treatments she needed. Lexi is going back soon for a dental cleaning and I hope Dr Anderson does it because Lexi and I already feel very comfortable with her, but I know all the doctors here are just as friendly and qualified as Dr Anderson. very compassionate yesterday I had to have my dog put to sleep they got me in the same day even though we had never been there before. I never felt rushed everyone was very kind and told me to take as much time as I needed, the vet even rechecked for a heart beat several times when I asked her to because I just needed to know for sure it was done no chance of her waking up after I left. It was the hardest thing I've ever had to do and every person involved was wonderful to me and my dog.
AWFUL...AWFUL...AWFUL. The level of care and lack of compassion is enough to say I won’t return. Between unanswered emails and voicemails to set up follow up care appointments, to discharge paper work nearly a week later, I didn’t feel they had my pets care in their best interest. My 3 mo old puppy had an abscess that ruptured because they didn’t drain it, which caused more pain and trauma (and $) that wasn’t necessary IMO. will never go back. They only care about money, not the care of their patients. since Feb. we have been trying to figure out what is wrong with my dog, finally we do blood work on the recommendation of a specialist and this greedy vet clinic told me. that I needed to pay for a wellness visit on top of the blood draw and this was after I dropped my dog off...Since we have been discussing what is wrong with my dog since March, and COVID complicating everything, and he has had 2 other visits in 2020, seems ridiculous to add thi... read more
I took my rabbit there to get neutered. I had a great experience! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their customer service is great! I understand that during this time they are definitely busy because of Covid and their covid precautions are very well done!

I have had my ferret there twice now. They have been professional and answered my questions. The staff have always been nice and courteous.
My dog has a severe ear infection took her here they gave me an over the counter treatment I could pay $20 for and they charged me almost $400 I have no idea what they did to her to charge me that much I didn’t get an invoice or discharge papers. The tech was really awkward, vague, and confusing when explaining aftercare. So I paid $400 for nothing I feel like and drove all the way from Longview right before work two days in a row. Super disappointing.
Wonderful vet, took the time to explain everything! So glad we chose them, we will be back!
