I just visited Dr Zbib looking a treatment plan as my teeth are wearing and in need of care. He did a full review with xrays and pictures explaining each area in need of attention. We went over options and listed the order of importance, weighing pros and cons. I left with a good sense of next steps and a feeling I'm in good hands. Everyone was lovely! Brenda was great, and all staff from reception to the dentists were wonderful to work with.
I’ve been a patient here as well as my children at east Ottawa dental our experience has been amazing, Dr. Zbib is one of a kind and the staff are amazing with compassion and kindness, I have dental anxiety but coming here they have been lifting that feeling from me every single visit. First time visiting East Ottawa Dental. The office is clean, bright and welcoming. Polite receptionist. I had my teeth cleaned and wow am I impressed. The hygienist did a fantastic job. Even though I didn't have an appointment with the dentist, Dr. Zbib made a personal effort to check in and make sure I was comfortable. Highly recommended
