I give 20 stars to the East Orlando Harley Davidson. All the staff are down to earth and made us feel like we were part of the family. The experience was so smooth. Ross was AWESOME!!Being young he has such an old warm soul. He expressed his love for bikes and as such made us feel confident that we were making right choice in buying a bike for my husband’s birthday. Jordan was also great and so funny. The people and service is great there!! It’s a smaller shop so you get the personalized service! They know you by name and you are part of the family! I bought my bike at a different location but we ended up here as my wife took the riding class and we ended up buying a 2020 Haritage and don’t go anywhere else.
Bob and service team are awesome!!! Woke up with a flat rear called Bob there team was able to pick up,replace my tire and get me back on the road within acouple hrs... over a beyond great customer service... highly recommend
I took riding classes there to start with. David & John are amazing instructors. Very friendly approach and faculty is convenient and comfortable. I had to miss a class and they were more than happy to accommodate me. Got a license within a day or two of the riding lessons. Then started the buying process. Since for me it was for recreational use I was in a tight budget. Ross helped me to find the right bike for my requirements. RecommendedSo glad I came here for my first bike! Helped me through the entire process without a worry in my mind. Very flexible with negotiations and overall great character! Came in wanting a 2016 sportster 48 and walked out with a 2019 sportster 48 since the deals were irresistible! Thank you Preston and Chris for the awesome deal and future joy you guys have now given me! Highly recommend to anyone interested in bikes, but don't know where to start!
