I'm sure they're not as bad as I'm feeling, but I was in the rider class, had to withdraw for personal reasons. I was told I'd be on the standby list to complete the class. Emails have been ignored and I dare say there has been one place in class over the last 4 months... Disappointing that I have to pay for the class elsewhere... Follow up or communication would've been nice...

i purchased 5 bikes from this store...my 4th bike was totaled in a slow moving head on collision...it was an ultra low...i told them i wanted another low to find me a used low...meanwhile i bought a limited from them so i could get back up...i waited 2 months for them to find me a low...they could not find the bike i wanted...i found one at another dealership and traded the limited in on the low i had been wanting....i tried to transfer the prepaid maintance contract to the low...they would not transfer it nor refund the $29... read more
Don't buy a bike anywhere else! I have bought 6 HDs in the last 4.5 years and these guys here, Chris, Ross and Justin, are by far the best people I've dealt with. They made the whole process so painless, fast and most importantly, friendly. The next HD we upgrade in our family will be here, even though it's 12 hours drive from my home. Thank you guys.

Greatest experience ever. And this is our first bike. Chris and his staff are top notch and care about their clients. We felt like family from the first time I came in looking till the time I rode the bike 🏍 off the lot. Now I walk in there and it’s”hey Deb”.
