Bought the all new 2019 FXDR. Excellent experience!!
i purchased 5 bikes from this store...my 4th bike was totaled in a slow moving head on collision...it was an ultra low...i told them i wanted another low to find me a used low...meanwhile i bought a limited from them so i could get back up...i waited 2 months for them to find me a low...they could not find the bike i wanted...i found one at another dealership and traded the limited in on the low i had been wanting....i tried to transfer the prepaid maintance contract to the low...they would not transfer it nor refund the $29... read more

I give 20 stars to the East Orlando Harley Davidson. All the staff are down to earth and made us feel like we were part of the family. The experience was so smooth. Ross was AWESOME!!Being young he has such an old warm soul. He expressed his love for bikes and as such made us feel confident that we were making right choice in buying a bike for my husband’s birthday. Jordan was also great and so funny. The people and service is great there!! It’s a smaller shop so you get the personalized service! They know you by name and you are part of the family! I bought my bike at a different location but we ended up here as my wife took the riding class and we ended up buying a 2020 Haritage and don’t go anywhere else.
I took riding classes there to start with. David & John are amazing instructors. Very friendly approach and faculty is convenient and comfortable. I had to miss a class and they were more than happy to accommodate me. Got a license within a day or two of the riding lessons. Then started the buying process. Since for me it was for recreational use I was in a tight budget. Ross helped me to find the right bike for my requirements.
