I visited the Primary Care Doctor (Internal Medicine department). My appointment was at noon. I showed up 10 minutes early. Didn't get seen by a nurse until a little after 1pm. Then had to go back out to the waiting room and wait for another hour and a half before being seen by a doctor. Then had to wait for bloodwork. So I had an appointment and was still there for three and a half hours. That is unprofessional and flat out ridiculous.
