When you move out, make sure to hire a lawyer and an accountant, because their manager cannot add or subtract. Watch out for floor vomit/garbage/diapers in the hallway and elevators, and enjoy being gaslit by the management and ghosted by the owners. This apartment was nice when we moved in, but a mess by the time we moved out. Management & maintenance staff changed constantly, people breaking into the building, vomit and dog poop left in the elevator and sometimes the hallway. All of the doors were broken except the front door- which we had tried to avoid using because there were always creepy people who didn’t live there waiting to follow us in. I get to throw events for the residents at East of Eleven. I love the community room space, it has an indoor and outdoor space, which is fantastic with how much the weather shifts here. Heather & Grace and the maintenance man JD are a wonderful team - they work so hard and are dedicated to keeping this building in top shape!
Weirdest place in Portland, people are Rude, creepy and inhospitable.
