One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Had a block of 10 rooms for a business trip, which I booked due to the high ratings. I was then greeted by a mouse sized cockroach when I woke up… Management was completely unaccommodating (especially Jorge) who approached the situation as it was tough on him because they were fully and they needed to clean the roach room for the incoming guests. Un séjour absolument exceptionnel au EAST Miami ! L’hôtel est tout simplement sublime, moderne et d’un confort irréprochable. L’emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de Brickell, avec un accès direct au centre commercial depuis l’hôtel — il suffit de prendre l’ascenseur, et vous arrivez directement dans les boutiques et restaurants.
