My husband and I booked in East Miami for our 3 year anniversary celebration but unfortunately it was not what we expected from the moment we entered the hotel. Let me start with the daily security charge of $150 which was ridiculous because the room wasn’t worth the price at all. The room was so dirty and had dust everywhere, we couldn’t even use the bathtub because it was so dirty, it even had hairs- I wish I took pictures but we didn’t even want to be in the hotel half of the time. Great service by the pool from Jake, Erick and Bryan, had good drinks and a really nice vibe
I had a great experience here. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to vacation at. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Especially at the restaurant. The pool staff was also very friendly and I seriously couldn’t think of one bad thing about my experience! Thank you for having me.
