The operator Crystal is courteous. However, no one picks up in the emergency room. I was trying to check on the status of my brother who was taken there from a facility in South Pasadena.
Unfortunately my father passed away at that hospital he was there for 3 weeks. I was there everyday so I got the chance to see how the nurses and staff are on a everyday basis. Well I'm very disappointed my father needed care day and night and because the nurses don't care we had do take turns to take care of him at night. One night he almost choked to death and thank God I was there if not he would have died. This place is horrible dirty just nasty. Who puts 4 people in room with 2 TV'S to share. Only 2 people can see. Old lac usc was not this bad. My daughter is on med surg it's combined with maternity ward. Who does that. The nurses don't explain what they are about to do you they just do it. They are painting & doing construction all while patients are in rooms. IPA'S & ins companies need to investigate where they are sending there patients.

This is the worst place ever, the dr's and nurses don't know craps ! It's horrible and dirty! SHUT IT DOWN! All the nurses and staff answer the same "I don't know"!! It doesn't even deserve a star it's garbage!

It's a horrible place. The ER doctors are incompetent. The nursing staff threatens the patients. You can literally die in that place. No available equipment. Lack of supplies. Not to forget the bad service from the paramedics that take people there. They don't care either, as long as they get paid for the trip.
