RecommendedMy doctor takes the time to really listen to me. He takes me seriously and never rushes me. Recently he was extremely proactive in ordering a complicated blood test that resulted in assisting UNMC in diagnosing my rare condition in just two hours. He is knowledgeable and keeps informed on the latest info re: Internal Medicine. I rate the clinic 5 stars.
The receptionist that answers there is the rudest I have ever encountered. I called there searching for a new Dr. since mine had retired. The woman who answered was abrupt and interrupted, and cut me off when I tried to answer her questions. After calling several other Clinics and having a completely different experience with polite friendly courteous receptionists I decided to call the office manager at East Lincoln Internal Medicine to make a complaint.
