Contacted the dealer by email, they responded in a timely manner and had the car cleaned and detailed for me to look at. It wasn't the exact car I was looking for but the dealer interaction was pleasant.
They where very friendly and was so I bought the truck right then and they were helpful and just nice people
I was looking for a Bronco in good condition, I talked to Don on the phone, and since I live 300 miles away he offered to send me walk around videos and videos of the motor running. He also sent me several pictures. I decided to buy the Bronco and he delivered it to my house the next day! In my opinion that is great customer service!
They responded but didn't tell me anything all they said was come look at it that was it
Talking to Jeff or Matt on the phone was pleasant but they do not follow up. If they say they'll call you back take it with a grain of salt.
