I've always loved ELFHCC Have been going on an office since I was a child and definitely for the past ten years. I expect to fill out new paperwork when I meet with a new doctor. I expect My chart to be updated with any changes. What I don't understand is the new executive decision to hand me 4 pages of basic information that you've had forever. I have been coming here for years as a patient as well as my children. I recently recently suffered from some severe medical issues, and the nurses made me feel very low about myself, considering they were talking amongst themselves in the hallway right Outside of patients doors, sharing my HIPAA privacy with each other and laughing and complaining I have never felt so bad in my life. The two ladies at the front desk were making racist comments about people who do not speak English. There was a food delivery person who didn't speak english and they were ridiculing her and bullying her for not speaking english saying "how do you come in here and not speak english?". Meanwhile 5 minutes before there was a mother with a young child who did not speak english. I can only imagine how they were treated. I will not return to this doctor anymore because of this terrible experience.
