The landlord is slow to fix problems, but fast to serve you papers, if your late with rent. & what he does fix; the workmanship is shoddy. A close friend use to live there, so I saw much of the shoddy workmanship; my friend was sick for a while, & missed some work, & got a little behind in his rent.
