The management was great! Did everything in a timely manner and helped me thru the whole process!
Don't waste your time or money. They have apparently decided to stop giving tenants leeway on their rent, and no longer reach out about it, they just send 3 day notices. Has the owner seen the state of this trailer park with new management in control? Maintenence BROKE speed bumps in december , and have just left the rubble on the road. No moving it aside, just letting it scatter. There are drug dealers in one half, been calling them out for years, but I guess multiple vehicles and the same vehicles showing up multiple times... read more
