This was my first visit to the practice. Dr. Lafrenz was very kind and explained everything very clearly and took a lot of time with me. I especially appreciate that he didn't force treatments on me and gave me lots of options. The rest of the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the office was very clean and welcoming. I have already recommended the practice to several people!
This was my 2nd time at the office. The first appointment they were able to squeeze me in for a quick evaluation for a problem I was having. My 2nd time at the office was yesterday, August 1st for my cleaning. Both times, I had no waiting time in the lobby. They took me immediately and everyone was extremely professional and accommodating. Overall a great experience thanks to the doc and the entire staff. Christine is always very efficient and does a very good job!
The entire experience was excellent. My Hygienist Jessica gave me the best most through cleaning I have ever had. Overall I was very pleased.
There was a time in my life where I would have been scared and cancelled my appointment because I was not comfortable. Dr Lafrenze has been so gentle and patient and understanding. I am glad I have found a dentist I trust and keep going back to.
