Great place to live in south Lincoln! I've lived here since May with one roommate in the Rockford Villa, and I really enjoy it. The villas are fantastic if you want to have your car close by. The units are pretty quality, for the most part the neighbors are pretty respectful and quiet, and I feel very safe living here. The pool is great in the summer and depending on what unit you get, you can get a pretty good deal.
