Maybe the best YMCA in the country. Awesome "tiny beach" indoor pool for kids + full size pool & exercise pool; treadmills/bikes with virtual video routes, 2 basketball courts, indoor track, daycare!
I love everything about this place!
Sam the instructor for Zumba is full of energy and it keeps you going despite fatigue setting in.
Child care workers are gruff and don't seem to be enjoying their job and tasks at all. Management needs to get involved here. Have fun and play with the kids. Speak softly, and have fun.
Danielle's power pump class was fabulous. Touched on everything, low impact.
