The apartment is a nice area, it has good amenities and the leasing office is pleasant. Only issue me and my roommates have ever had is that our downstairs neighbors have complained about us to the leasing office and the office has threaten our lease contract twice without a thorough investigation into the validity of the complaints and the people making them. We are in building 1 and the view is beautiful with 2 ponds lots of Birds very clean and quiet!
I have been here for almost two years the place is awesome me and my family we love it the services they provide is a five star services many thanks to the management team never had a problem with them problems in the apartment resolve within 24 hours o the same day
I'd like to take a moment to thank this community for all the work that has been done and the courtesy that has been given by the office and Omar. My mom's car war towed, it was our fault not having it moved by 6:00 am for their continued work of sealing our park area. Omar has been going to apartments knocking on does giving heed to move your car before tow. That's not his responsibility, it's a courtesy, looking out for the tenants. Limited parking, construction constantly. Good location, but there is always noise during the day (when I take care of my kid) and when I get home from work after 9pm I have to park very far away. It was great when we moved in, but there's been construction going on for over a year.
An honest review of this place really needs to be divided into two parts. But, first let me say we love it here (I'll talk about that after explaining what I mean about two parts). First, for those moving into an apartment after renovations are complete, this place is great! I don't have a water view personally but the breeze through our screened porch is awesome.
