This car wash is absolutely amazing! The prices for the services they offer are very reasonable and you will never get disappointed. The staff are very nice and they treat ALL their costumers like family!!! recommend to everyone!
Love this car wash! I go there on a regular basis and I never get disappointment. Their washes are on point the ultimate wash is my favorite makes my car look new oh and staff is very friendly!!! Best customer service and will treat you like family would recommend to anyone
They did a fantastic job cleaning my car! And the prices keep it affordable. Great service, too! I especially like the office they have. It's air conditioned, has a flat screen TV, and a monitor so you can see your car at the end of the car wash!
I have used their services for several years with very few issues. Unfortunately the last year or so I have had to return my cars several times for failure to perform and/or complete services. In it's current state, you are using East Lake Carwash at your own risk. Until they get back on track AVOID bringing your car here.
Overall, this was a very good experience as far as car washes go., Excellent customer service, fair prices , and the car wash was excellent. My car looked really good and for once the windows and wheels were actually cleaned right. I would definately go back
I paid over $50 for a wash and express wax. After my car came out of the wash it sat for more than 45 minutes. I asked an employee if it was finished and he barked, "no!" Fifteen minutes later another employee came out with a handheld buffer. I watched him do a terrible job applying the wax before telling me it was done. I asked if he did the roof and he told me the roof is not included. I was dumbfounded! I handed him my ticket and quickly left where I returned home to wax my car myself. What a complete ripoff!
