This is a nice apartment with the rare feature of vinyl flooring. It’s conveniently located and very quiet during the day. At night, you can hear trains and sirens. The leasing office is in Arbor Glen, so it’s inconvenient to access the other services included in the rent. Maintenance requests are handled neither too quickly nor too slowly—it generally takes two to three business days, but fortunately, all issues are resolved.
