I didn’t wanna leave a bad review because they are nice when you go in person, however, getting ahold of anyone from the leasing office is actually impossible if you don’t drive there and talk to someone in person. Recently we have had a vehicle stolen twice from the property and caught 2 mice in our apartment. Trying to get ahold of someone about maintenance or pest control coming shouldn’t be this hard.

Raychelle W. is AMAZING! She went above and beyond to find an apartment that my grandmother would be able to access with limited mobility. She made sure that every concern I had was met, as I was very nervous moving an hour and 1/2 away and not being able to see the property myself. When I was finally able to see the property, Tammy R. made it possible for me to access the apartment with current tenants still occupying the space. Great apartment, loved the short distance to campus, as well as the spacious rooms with big windows. The Leasing Specialist Michaela was always a great and hard working employee working at the office, and made my experience living there very positive!

It was nice being only a quick walk to campus and easy to jump on the 1 bus or campus bus. Close to restaurants, shopping, and groceries. Any problems that popped up were taken care of promptly. Michaela at the leasing office was always a great help with positive energy!

Throughout my expeience with East Knolls all issues that have arisen have been promptly taken care of and it seems the residents that live within each of their buildings have been well cared for and given the highest quality of service they could provide.
