Dr. and staff assured my teenaged daughter she would be "snoring" through her wisdom teeth removal and frenectomy. When she woke up during the procedure she was disoriented and naturally tried to get up. They restrained her, which I understand, but did so roughly and rudely with the order to "shut up" from one of the female staff. What's more, instead of apologies, they said that my daughter is banned from their facility. My first question is, "What else could someone need done?" My second is, "Why would anyone come here?" My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed today and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Street and his team. They are very caring and professional. We are blessed to have such a wonderful oral surgeon so close to home.
These people where so great to me I’m so glad that i went to this place to have my wisdom teeth cut out they are so nice and they sang to me while they were putting me to sleep great place and great facility thank you guys for being so great
My daughter had all 4 of her wisdom teeth out on Friday and by Saturday she was well enough to enjoy some outdoor time at Pikeville’s Dinner in White. Most are amazed at how well she’s doing. She had no bruising, minimal swelling and she’s feeling fine. Thank you Dr. Chad Street and staff for doing an excellent job.
Highly recommend!! Staff very professional and so nice! Dr. Street is very friendly!! He made my son feel at ease with the procedure! Great people!
