Surprisingly awesome experience at a car dealership with the help of John Bonanno. I have been to quit a few VW dealerships on the island searching for my next preowned the last few years and I’m a pretty guarded shopper given that I’m a small female with not great experiences elsewhere, but John I felt was a really genuine honest salesmen that sold me my Tiguan for a great price. I recently purchased a VW Tiguan and I love my car! My salesman was Bill Chapman, who was low pressure, friendly, helpful and very informative. The whole process was relatively low stress and efficient. Unfortunately the only issue was a technology glitch which I had to go back for two days later. However, Jack Simon in Service greeted me with a nice, genuine smile and promised to expedite the task making me feel better.
