If you’re buying a GTI, do your homework and be prepared to finish the vehicle prep work on your own! After repeatedly contacting them I was assured that the ridiculously rough ride was normal and I should try setting the chassis control to “comfort mode”. I was told they checked and confirmed with the service tech who prepped the car that everything was taken care of.
