Excellent service. Bill is very knowledgable about the vehicles and was excellent in showing how vehicles systems operate. Their financial dept was great and made purchase easy. Will be returning for service and future purchases.
I came here to service my 2017 Tiguan due to an engine oil consumption issue. It was guzzling almost a quart every 750 miles. I am so glad that I brought it here because my local mechanic couldn't figure it out. Service rep Jim listened to my concerns about my vehicle. He communicated with me well in a friendly and professional manner. I also liked the video walkthrough. I felt that it was very transparent and helped me to understand the repairs better.
