My truck was misfiring because of a bad spark wire and I asked if thyme could sell me one. But they gave me an old wire for free and got my truck back on the road, Great people.
Had my cat replaced a year ago my engine ended up going bad causing the new cat to go out again even then pitstop went above and beyond to get a warranty also they are very responsive good communication and fair priced i highly recommend going there
Have had many an oil change performed here though the years. Other more expensive work has been done too. On one occasion, we had the front axels replaced, and about a week later one of them broke! (It was a manufactured defect.) The Helena Pit Stop crew replaced the axel at no charge.
