Came out to fix my clogged 1920 sewer pipe, Christian and his crew came out on the day of the back up, rootered out pipe restored sewer. Was clean, professional, explained things, gave me options. I'm very thankful for the 3 hours of emergency help.
I scheduled an appointment for 7:30 this morning and they never showed up. I called and the guy told me he would contact his worker and call me right back. I never heard back. I missed work and had my day scheduled around them. This company should NOT be part of the BBB.

This is a response to a Review given by *****. I am sorry that our appointment didn't work out with you. I scheduled my drain man early for 7:30 to meet with your work schedule. My drain man is an outside sub contractor and is normally very prompt. When you called at 8:07 and said that he was not there, I called him right away. He called at 8:17 while driving (he pulled off he road to call me back) and said he was on the way but traffic was bad. Paula called at 8:19 and cancelled the call because she needed to go to work. The plumber came out to my home 45 minutes late without calling. He also almost broke the handle on my faucet. Then told me I needed a new faucet. He told me I had to pay a $150 service call even though it clearly states on their website "Free estimates. Not an honest company at all.
