Dr Lapp and staff are superb!! Class A+. They listen to you and are so kind, especially when you don't feel well or got a not so good diagnosis. I recommend them fully! and I am grateful to have them on my side always.
I need Dr. Southwick back. I havn't regularly been to doctor since she left. The problem I have is that she understood my health issues and prescribed certain meds and did things a certain way that finally worked for me. Now all of a sudden they want to change that instead of viewing what has worked for me with her for years. I feel like I'm slowly declining in my health because it's hard for me to trust doctors. I would trust them more if they would just listen to me better about what has been working for me for years.
I have to say that although I truly miss Dr. Southwick, Dr. Ishmael is awesome. I respect her opinion and her judgment. Although my husband was present during our examination, she still asked me if it was ok to discuss confidential information. After exam, she told me like it was, and didn’t hold anything back. She was also real about my habits that needed to cease. She confronted my husband and told him how he was slaking in making sure his wife was doing what was needed.
