Lived here for a little over 4 years while my husband and I were going through grad school, so I will try to do a thorough review. The TLDR of what I'm about to write is - Overall, really liked my actual apartment, but I would not consider this a luxury apartment on par with what other buildings in Minneapolis can offer, even just across the street. Ah yes, summer in the city—birds are chirping, grills are sizzling, and the apartment pool looks like it was imported straight from the swamp where Shrek takes his bubble baths. It’s almost JUNE, babes. Peak pool season. And what do we have? A vibrant algae couture situation that screams “radioactive lettuce soup” more than “luxury living.” Management must think we’re all part-frog, because that pool is giving Swamp Kingdom 2025 and I didn’t sign up for amphibian realness.
