Way to friendly and respectful they are far to fast and don’t make you wait long enough absolutely wonderful service. Horrible experience
Never have any problems.. sometimes feel like the doctor doesn’t pay attention to my concerns but other than that this is a good place to get medical care for your child. Update: since Berkshire health systems took over the place has gotten even better! We really appreciate Linda Young, she really is amazing like they say.
They absolutely and 💯 SUCK!!!!!!! Ever since Dr. D retired this place is such a joke. They literally said they would send me in motion sickness patches, I just needed to make an appointment for my kids annual visit ( she was just seen 3 weeks ago) I make the appointment, then get a call that I need to call back in morning!!! My Husband has surgery in morning, in Springfield, THATS WHY I NEEDED THEM!! I’m changing pediatrician, RUN FAST AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
