I hadn't been to the dentist in a little over 4 years because I had been taking care of my son who had spinal surgery. I put my needs last and was having tremendous pain in my jaw. I thought the worst. Maybe being 50 years old, it was time to just have them pulled and get dentures. My mom suggested I try her dentist, Dr. David Settel, so with her basically holding my hand, I went afraid, without hope and very reluctant.
