My very first time visiting and it was hard to get waited on. One of my purchase was these German cookies in powder sugar for $10.99 they were so stale I had to throw them out. Would not recommend unless you have extra 30 minutes to wait to be served stale, over priced baked goods.
Excellent service and even better baked goods I've never been disappointed.
They made a great Dinosaur birthday cake for my 3 year old grandson's birthday. Not only did the cake look fantastic, it was moist, frosting was light tasting (I was worried buttercream would be too buttery - not the case at all) and just delicious! The women who work in this bakery are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend all of their baked goods!
Lots of variety, really good
My old boss used to get us all a cake for our birthdays at East Detroit Bakery. We all loved them. I’ve never been in there until yesterday it was a special occasion and i wanted to bring something special to dinner. I popped in here and bought 4 slices of cheesecake! Delicious is an understatement! The prices were great and it was more than enough for 4 people. I highly recommend this bakery. The service i received was awesome and quick!

Croissants are so soft!! Love it! Very nice ladies!!
I will not go anywhere else for birthday cakes or special desserts!! They have been making my kids birthday cakes and pretty much my whole family now!! And let me tell you they do not disappoint!! The staff is wonderful and great to my little kids!! I recommend them highly!!
