I brought my dog to East Detroit Animal hospital for coughing. My total bill was $260 (without meds). They refused to treat him because I was $80.00 short! I was getting paid the next day less than 12 hours, offered my credit card number (so they could process the payment the in the AM ) so refused. Offered my driver's license number, social security number, still refused. No compassion for a sick animal or a single mother two kids. I would never recommended to anyone... Ever!
Dr. Balleranda has been Ryleigh's vet since she was a puppy in 2009. The compassion she's shown with both of our pets is a blessing and so is her knowledge. When she moved her practice a half hour away to the east side, we knew that the amazing care and diagnosis we received yesterday was well worth the drive. Based on Dr. Balleranda's recommendations, we can help Ryleigh through her senior years with a little less pain and keep her much healthier.
