Dr. Kotz and staff are delightful and thorough. I have been going there regularly for 5 years now and feel like I receive the best of care.
Dr Warner is the best dentist I have ever experienced. He is knowledgeable and very skilled. He worked with me to save a severely broken tooth to avoid an implant. Most dentists would have pushed immediately for an implant which is much more expensive and requires more visits. Also he is gentle and kind during my visits. Everyone is very nice they all take time and speak to me. Heather and Shannon are supper always asking about my son Michael and what he is doing!! Dr. Warner Is very nice giving me a good check up!! That's a big plus!!
The dentist, the hygienist and the office staff made a dental visit pleasant. Excellent professional care in a pleasant setting. I would highly recommend them!
My last visit to East Cooper Dental was pretty much close to being like all of my past 5 or 6 visits: greeted by wonderful faces and cheerful smiles at the front desk, followed by a warm welcome. I was early but was brought promptly back to my room by an engaging and attentive Heather. During routine questioning about my recent health it was discovered that due to recent surgery, I needed antibiotics prior to treatment.
