Appointment was right on time, the office and nursing staff were excellent, and PA Kennickell was pleasant to work with, patient, and knowledgeable. Very reassuring, took time to look through my charts carefully, and did *not* schedule me for a procedure that turned out to be unnecessary.
Dr. Allison is wonderful!!! Staff is professional and courteous as always! Best Doctors office in the country!!!
I made the appointment in October 2024. Gave them all my insurance info to make sure it would be covered. Was supposed to go in on February 24th. 90 minutes before my appointment, at 8:00 a.m. I received a text saying that FYI this visit would be out of my insurance Network. Then asked if I wanted to cancel the appointment. 4 months they had my info and decided 90 minutes before my appointment that I was out of network. So I canceled. Dr. Allison’s the best. Being a physician myself, I wanted a primary care doc that was bright, truly listened, compassionate, empathetic and not feel threatened that I would question her abilities. She has met all of those requirements and then some. I’m very happy with the care that she provides.
