I made the appointment in October 2024. Gave them all my insurance info to make sure it would be covered. Was supposed to go in on February 24th. 90 minutes before my appointment, at 8:00 a.m. I received a text saying that FYI this visit would be out of my insurance Network. Then asked if I wanted to cancel the appointment. 4 months they had my info and decided 90 minutes before my appointment that I was out of network. So I canceled. Dr. Allison’s the best. Being a physician myself, I wanted a primary care doc that was bright, truly listened, compassionate, empathetic and not feel threatened that I would question her abilities. She has met all of those requirements and then some. I’m very happy with the care that she provides.
Kylie is the first doctor that has seemed to actually want to help with my medical issues i give her 5 stars. Her front of office secretary is extremely rude abrupt and unkind . And extremely unhelpful. Received very little instructions about my labs and where to go for them. I contacted the office and the secretary pretty much said so what not my problem Southern hospitality an i right ? Called a second time because the labs i needed done never got sent over . Do not go here. Rude. Unprofessional. Do not be fooled by any other reviews. Front desk is awful. Internet info is incorrect. Be aware of false info.
