I had a dental emergency on Friday when my regular dentist was not in. After calling around to many other practices for an emergency appointment, I was told they could not see me. Your office immediately said the'd see me and asked if I could come in right then!! Needless to say, I am very grateful for them Dr. Warner was terrific, as was the entire staff. Thank you again! The most pleasant dental experience I have ever had! I have always hated going to the dentist but my most recent visit has really changed my outlook on future visits! The entire staff are very professional & friendly group I have ever experienced a dentist office!!! I can't say I wish to rush back to the office but I can say, I no longer dread it!!
Let me first say that, in the last six years I have visited over 12 different Dentist Offices. Each of them made me feel uneasy and nervous as they hurried about trying to get patients in and out. I call it "Herding"! I have never felt this at ECDE. Talking to someone(like a patient)does not take up alot of time. Doctors forget that we have feelings(nervousness) and need to have that "FEAR" removed or "Settled". Dr Warner and his staff have gone "Above & Beyond" this since day one. very, very great dentist office, The staff makes you feel so wonderful before you even see the dentist, Gee, I wish this Guy was around 55 years ago. My blood pressure stays normal when i visit this office.
