I was a tenant at Broadstreet Properties Concordia East in Winnipeg for 2 years, between 2021 and 2023. I had a 2 bedroom apartment. The first issue that I had with them was during my first winter there, January of 2022. Suddenly there was no heat even though the furnace was running constantly, the temperature in my apartment was 15 degrees Celsius, and I have a small child. I came to see the apartment for renting , and my appointment was at 11:00 am , i cameat 10:50 am by bus and when i knocked the office (it was locked) the manager ( lady) came outside and said she was not ready and i have to wait outside in -15 degrees . Atleast ask me to have a seat inside in the office there were chairs . She was very rude . Cant imagine to live here . Thank god .
It's a large residential complex with a few visitor parking. People visiting their family, relatives friends don't have possibility to park their vehicle. Developers almost always neglecting this part of their project.
The building is nice. I’ve been there a few times and it Looks like a great place to live.
