The maintenance staff are pretty great. I had an issue with my stove , but Chad came and fixed it , pretty dang quickly too . Awesome 10/10 stars
Broadstreet Properties? More like Gaslight Properties. Where any concern you have is twisted into not being resolved, and then made to feel like your issues are baseless. Management does not care about their tenants, does not care about tenant concerns and issues. Issues are brushed off and you feel helpless trying to get anywhere with them. A few really awesome maintenance people but most staff have left. Cleaners and maintenance people are often complaining to tenants about rude management and wanting a different job. Can'... read more
