Love the food HATE THE SERVICE. Went today and waited over an hour with only one in counter with our waitress. Ended up walking out. This is not the first time we received shitty service. The food doesn't make up for the service. We will not be returning. I suggest is you want to actually get food and get service you go somewhere else!

SEVERAL BAD EXPERIENCES ON MY "TO GO ORDER". THEY CAN NOT GET IT RIGHT. PLACED ORDER ON 07/02/2015. GOT HOME WINGS WERE SO HARD, COULD NOT EAT. THIS TIME RETURNED WINGS . THE MANAGER "ADAM' APOLOGIZED REPEATLY, BUT DID NOT OFFER DISCOUNT ON ANOTHER VISIT. I TRAVELED FROM WINSTON TO RETURN WINGS, GAS & TIME. SO, WITH THAT BEING SAID, I WILL NOT VISIT KERNERSVILLE ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN, ALTHOUGH THEY ARE CLOSER TO ME. BAD SERVICE TO MANY TIMES..
Went this week, there were about 20 empty tables yet told there would be a 35-45 minute wait... When I asked why, I was told because they didn't want to overwhelm the wait staff. WHAT????? Here is a solution... HIRE more wait staff!!!! We along with quite a few others just left. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! Loads of paying customers that are taking their money elsewhere.
Next to Waldo's Wings in Winston-Salem, these are the best wings in town.
