My appointment time is 3:30 but they give me door 12:40 and 1 hour for loading.No restroom for drivers.Nice staff
1st come 1st served. Very tight to back into a door. 3 Hrs to get loaded on my Trl.
It's not a bad place to pick up. It's the wait times that give this place a bad reputation. Once you approach the guard shack, have your license ready for security. Security will then give you a blank sheet of paper where you will need to provide your name, phone number, pick up number, truck & Trailer#, license plate numbers to both Tractor and trailer. I really don’t want to give any stars, and here’s why: 1. They lied on my paperwork about my check in time. Making it 45 minutes later than I actually arrived. 2. They make you drop your trailer… but leave no room on the property to park bobtail, I had to keep moving to different places to stay out of the way, thus wasting valuable shift time.
