Traffic getting in sucks, but that's more about the location. Easy in, friendly staff, just follow the directions, no complaints
Usually go for pick up sometimes fast sometimes slow
Quick in and out with delivery, as some other companies they go slightly above with check-in process with having you lock in the trailer on the hook and parking behind the warehouse, and then you got to go back to the warehouse grab the key bringing the gladlock to receive your paperwork the yard is very tight but doable, gated entrance with guard doubt that there is overnight parking but there is a street right behind where trucks park overnight..
One of the slowest loadings ever. 3 hours for 6 pallets. Efficiency is nothing but a myth here.
