We wanted to give a big shout out to Michael Knotts, who helped us find a car that was just right for our family! He had patience and never tried to convince us to buy a car just to get the sale! Just moved down to the area and had my car serviced at this VW dealer for the first time. David in the service area was super helpful and pulled my vehicle service plan right up from my vin. Maintenance was done quickly and I was on my way!
I was satisfied with the unexpected repair service I received while on vacation. Fit me in when I needed help to check my car. Repair didn’t take too long. Nice folks. Followed up with a call the next day to see if the car was running well - which it is (so far...fingers crossed!).
Took excellent care in getting our car repaired. They went the extra mile to get the extended warranty company to pay and do what was right. Can't say enough thank you to the service manger and David Bell. VW should be extremely proud of the people that work for your company.
Took my #pinkbeetle in for her first year check up. She also received an oil change, was vacuumed and had a bath! Service was performed in less than an hour. Very friendly staff whether in the service department or the sales floor. So happy with my purchase!
Traded in my old and I mean old 2002 yellow beetle for a 2013 beetle red this time . Great staff especially Dan Mahafee, best sales guy and all around good guy. He helped me with a flat months ago when no one else stopped. He has deals for you!
