RecommendedWe needed a dumpster for a basement clean out and found East Coast. Prices were lower than everyone else I called in the area, and they were able to deliver a 10 yard dumpster within a few days. They were so easy to deal with! Hopefully we will not need a dumpster anytime in the near future, but if we do then we’ll definitely use them again.

We couldn’t have been happier with the interaction and service we received this weekend. We needed a dumpster quickly when our scheduled service refused delivery to our address unexpectedly. East Coast delivered within 24 hours and told us to call when we were done for pick up. With the pending snow we didn’t want the dumpster being plowed in nor the difficultly plowing around it so we called Sunday evening and left a message for pick up. If I could give them no stars I would! We ordered a roll off last week. We asked if it could be delivered Monday, they said they could do it. Monday came and went no roll off. I called and they said, " oh it's not on the board to be delivered till tomorrow." So Tuesday came and went and still no roll off. The job has now been delayed by at least 2 days because you can't deliver the product when you say you can, and you don't even have the courtesy to call and inform your customers that you can't make the drop off. I used East Coast roll off in November, they charged me the price quoted $400 +tax to a credit card I gave, and after pick-up they charge me an additional $40 fee. So, they obviously store your credit card information. I attempted to contact them multiple times to find out why, as it was not over loaded and they said there was no weight limit. i left a message once and spoke to someone twice who said they would get back to me and still no answer. Well professionally they are big enough for anybody yet small enough for everybody...reasonably priced,-courteous and professional on time, fast personal service....after doing Bussiness with them on more than one occasion I was left feeling like I had relatives in the roll off Bussiness, a good experience ..
