East coast sales are friendly enough staff, but be careful of purchasing the Big Tex trailers with wood floors. I bought a 16 foot - Dual axle about 3-4 years ago, and had my zero-turn mower fall through the deck recently. Turns out the lumber they used is not treated and rotted out very quickly. Too bad it’s past the 3 Year warranty. I expected that wood used on any exterior floor would be treated. Guess it is part of the cost cutting of Big Tex Trailers. I always slanted the trailer to make sure the water never stood on it... read more

They could help support the poor welds in the trailers they are selling for Big Tex. I have a 70dm trailer and the welded brackets that hold up the ramp in the slide in position broke on the drivers side and the ramp came out the bottom of the trailer while traveling down the highway, luckily no one was hurt but you call them and all you get is we are sorry about this. I will definitely be going with a different brand of trailer and dealer the next time I get a trailer.

I ordered a 24' v nose trailer and couldn't be happier. Extremely easy to do buisness with! I had some delays and couldnt make it down to pick up the trailer, and they were nice enough to store it on their lot for 2 weeks.. highly recommend!

BEWARE! I was told multiple times that the stud width was 16in and solid tubing all around. Once I got home I found this wasn't the case. Studs are 24in and trailer rides like crap. Flimsy material. I called and asked about return policy and was told they don't even have one. I just got out of the Marines and bought my first trailer to start a business now I'm stuck. Thanks East Coast Sales.
