Avoid! There is no East Coast Realty Inc in the corporations. Fake name. There was one East Coast Realty, Inc. that dissolved in 1998. There are other broker who are using the same name to sell real estate.
East Coast has always been terrific to work with. Their staff is kind and attentive. They care about their tenants and properties. 24 Hours emergency calls always pick up and respond quickly!
One of the East Coast REALTORS Inc agent charged me for broker fee when I was buying property. Do not fall into this trap if you are a new immigrant.
Worst management, they take security deposit so they can steal from it. Also, their employees are rude and unresponsive. I'm actually being nice by not posting their names here! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
