Upon cancellation I was charged for repairs in the amount of $957.11 plus a 10% management oversight fee of $95.21. The repairs were horrendous. I had to hire a contractor to come in and fix what they did to get it show ready. They charge $65 an hour for labor. With the repairs and oversight fee totals $1,047.32. And the repair cost was for wall patches, paint touch up, and clean up. Took 13 hours total. TERRIBLE, Rebeca Archer did not do her job at all, false advertisement as well as false information. I was informed they would work with you but did not do so at all. Rebeca did not even try to help until I said something about being informed by the company about them being willing to help as well as that being your job. Apartment wasn’t even 100% together sink and bathtub was clogged, kitchen and bathroom was a mess and still getting work done on it and I was still willing to give it a chance but some people don’t want to d... read more
