Horrible experience. I was my mother's POC as she's out of state and hoping to move closer to our family. They asked to make sure she and her spouse had everything filled out and completed. They did everything they were asked of, and when I would try to call for a status update on her behalf, I got no answer. No response, no call backs, no nothing. Completely ghosted. Great apartment, but horrible service. They were very quick to take her money and do nothing after the fact.

If I could leave zeros stars I would! This is a very unprofessional company, more interested in taking the application fees than they are getting you in a property! Sylvia was the employee that I dealt with, upon viewing the property she was very excited and told me to fill an application out asap. Shelly was very helpful getting utilities set up. Move in process was very easy.
Upon cancellation I was charged for repairs in the amount of $957.11 plus a 10% management oversight fee of $95.21. The repairs were horrendous. I had to hire a contractor to come in and fix what they did to get it show ready. They charge $65 an hour for labor. With the repairs and oversight fee totals $1,047.32. And the repair cost was for wall patches, paint touch up, and clean up. Took 13 hours total.
