These guys know how to turn a property around. Our complex was $85k dollars in debt due to years of poor leadership from our board of directors. We were even being sued by our collection attorney for a $13k unpaid bill. It took a couple of years but they really helped us by advising the board on reducing costs and increasing collections from non paying owners.
