Jon worked nonstop to get hot water to return to my house. He was pleasant and explained everything to me in layman's terms so I could understand what went wrong and how he fixed it. Once the necessary parts came in, he came right to my house and made the repairs. And now I have hot water again! Thanks so much, Jon M!
Chris B came out for an initial inspection of our pipe leak. And then came back to fix the problem. The work was outside. It was SO sunny and hot. And yet despite the heat, his work ethics are second to none. From the beginning to the end he was a true professional. And a shout out to the other two team members Will and Kolin. East Coast, you should be proud of these employees. Thanks for the service.
OMG...let me tell you, this establishment is awesome, great shop, really good mechanics that work there, especially the guy Devon and his crew of guys, they kick ass ( ducts & equipment) and take names! I would recommend his crew of guys install your next project big or small! Did I mention it's a great place to work too!
