After going to this place for 2 months and having 3 sets of trigger point injections and 1 set of facet injections I feel worse than I did before I even went there. The staff is unprofessional, they are too busy texting on their cell phones to listen to your problems. My leg is so bad now I can barely stand on it. I have lost almost all the feeling in it to the point where I actually fell down trying to get out of bed. I agree with lauraine.sacks, the doctor refuses to return my calls, instead I have to talk to the rude offi... read more

At my first visit, myself and a woman ahead of me waited 3 hours to be seen. She came out of the exam room hobbling and in tears, still not having been seen, and everyone at the front desk stood there laughing and making jokes about her, even the np Jackie Muckian. When I saw Jackie at that first visit she was great, but at the third visit I made the "unforgiveable sin" of admitting I still had some pain even with the meds. She then proceeded to lecture me about chasing a high ( then lied and said she never said that) and sa... read more

We care about our patients and your opinions – We appreciate our patients at ECPM and have read the reviews on our profile. While we are thankful for the positive reviews but we are also concerned about any negative experience. We welcome the opportunity to speak to any unsatisfied patient directly and ask that you contact the office immediately so we can discuss your situation together. Excellent patient care is our utmost concern and we always have an "open-door" policy for all patients.

HORRIBLE – Very unprofessional, unpleasant and down right RUDE. The receptionist is the biggest violator of the HIPAA code I have ever seen! The PT that I saw was uprupt and not compassionate AT ALL! Don't waste your time (and babysitter) like I did!!

The best thing about this place is not the doctors. – I've had interaction with the "head" doctor at East Coast and she leaves something to be desired. If it were not for Jackie Muckian the NP that I see, I would go somewhere else. She is honest, straight forward and truly cares about her patients, she puts you at ease while putting a plan together to get you better. If you are a new patient to East Coast, ask for her to be your attending, although the "nurses" that do the scheduling will over book the day and have you waiti... read more

Horrible – Loving and caring? I think that review was written by a employee. Maybe the physical therapy, but not the doctors and "nurses". This is a horrible place that tells people they should take methadone for pain. For God's sake, please don't ever take methadone for pain. They make you wait for at least 1 hour or more. They discuss patient information right in front of other people. The girls behind the counter keep the waiting room amused as they bounce off of each other and wander around in a fog. There's nothing to to... read more
