Dr. Malloy is an excellent professional, very humane, and excellent in diagnosis and treatment.

I know dr Malloy from years ago..But now he is in a new office that's like a factory..Rude people at the front desk. Drove over 200 miles from Naples to see him..I called in advance to give insurance information and updated phone.on arrival they said they don't take my insurance and they called a disconnected phone number..and thought I wasn't coming to appointment. The wait time is ridiculous. You would figure also that if they were gonna make you sit in a tiny waiting room that’s always packed they would at least have Wi-Fi. However, it was explained to me the only rent the space. What kind of explanation was that? When I threaten to leave, they stuck me in a room so I can wait even longer as I write this two hours into this adventure I have a timer set for 10 minutes and I’m walking out
Dr. Malloy, is so kind and gentle and understanding and tells you exactly what’s going on when and what so different than any other doctor also I’ve never seen a doctor Smile, that much. He’s really extremely gracious in every way, I give him a five star or 10 rating the best he saved my life I am 70 years old and had spinal fusion L4-5 with a cage, minimally, invasive perfection.
Doesn’t respect his patients. Wait times are 2hours plus for every appointment
My mother broke her shoulder and I took her to the ER. We waited 3 hours for Dr Malloy's ortho consult only to be told that he wasn't going to see her. "Put her in a sling and tell her to come to the office". Then when trying to make an appointment - his staff put my on hold ("please hold, not "are you able to hold") 3 times for over 8 minutes only to be told that they don't take her insurance.
Dr. Malloy fixed what other surgeons couldn't. He is a hero to me.
I recently had spinal surgery, performed by Dr. Malloy, and the whole experience was handled with tremendous care, thoughtfulness and efficiency through every phase. The whole team made the experience as painless and comfortable as possible.
