The location is under new management. The dealership manager, George, is unprofessional. He doesn't know how to address people in a decent manner, period.

I got a flat tire this morning and after putting on a spare, I decided to come to AutoEastern Nissan in Englewood Cliffs because it is a min drive from my job. The advisor who came to help me is a dark-skinned man named Andre Mitchell. He was very friendly and told me that they found a compatible tire for my car and that they would need to pick it up. the car is leased from this dealer, i came in for service on 8/29/2015 because my car's ac was making noise. first off the service writer told me that he will not be able to take care of it that day and i would have to make an appointment, i said ok, and that i could only come in on weekend only, he told me that it is not possible because they don't do this kind of work on weekends. this is a leased car under warranty, obviously this is not my fault that the a/c unit is making noise. i was willing to work with they guy, and ... read more
